Practical operation of offset control center
setting of four pull gauge cover plate and pull gauge
1 The height of the pull gauge cover plate is readjusted and equipped with safety protection
when the operator enters the paper thickness into the menu (printing activities/printing materials), the height of the pull gauge cover plate is automatically set
to change this setting:
a. press the paper feed button (Figure/①). The (paper feeding) menu appears on the display
b. press the paper feed button (Fig./②)
c. use the arrow keys (Fig./③) to set the height of the pull gauge cover plate. Adjustment range: 0.10mm to 1.90mm

2 Pull gauge positioning

when the operator enters the paper thickness into the menu (5 colorful jobs/printing materials at that time), the pull gauge position is automatically preselected
to change this setting:
a. press the paper feeding button, and its process and product are the world's first buttons
b. press the paper feed button
c. use the arrow keys (Fig./①) to set the position of the pull gauge. Adjustment range: (± 5.00)

loosening the drawing gauge: press down the pin (Figure/①) and rotate until it is fully engaged
rough adjustment:
a. loosen the locking screw (Fig./②)
b. adjust the pull gauge to the appropriate paper size according to the ruler (Fig./③)
c. tighten the locking screw
fine adjustment:
there is an adjusting wheel on the operating surface to fine adjust the pull gauge on both sides (Fig./④). The adjustment range is about 2.5mm from the center to both sides
no matter on which side of the page, first turn the adjusting wheel to the right with a wrench to move the paper to the operating surface; Then turn the adjusting wheel to the left to move the paper to the driving surface
when the machine is running or turning, the inactive pull gauge should be left in place, and it is forbidden to take out the printing area
