during the Tenth Five Year Plan period, China's paper industry maintained a sustained high-speed development momentum, and new and expansion projects continued to increase, and continued to be completed and put into operation. In 2005, the new production capacity of China's paper industry has reached the level of 5million tons/year, among which the annual production capacity of the equipment purchased and put into production only from the world-famous paper machinery manufacturer Metso of Finland has reached more than 2 million tons. These projects adopt high-tech starting points, advanced equipment, large-scale single machine production lines, and high egg production concentration. China's paper industry continues to absorb foreign advanced paper-making technology and advanced management experience, so that China's 4. The paper-making technology and management level of luggage lining materials continue to improve, so that the competitiveness of China's paper industry products continues to strengthen, laying the foundation for products to rush out of the country. For example, ① Chenming Group, whose output and efficiency have doubled in recent years, has ranked first in the domestic paper industry for many consecutive years. The secret of its successful development is to focus on rolling development inside and low-cost expansion outside. It has successively built Shouguang Chenming, Qihe Chenming, Wuhan Chenming, Jiangxi Chenming and other large industrial parks. In 2004, it invested 740million yuan to take Jilin paper under its command and established Gulin Chenming Paper Company; In 2005, the group achieved an output of 2.1 million tons, a sales revenue of 17 billion yuan and a profit and tax amount of 1.5 billion yuan, ranking first in the industry for 11 consecutive years. ② Shandong Huatai Group, a 400000 ton paper project with a total investment of 2.28 billion yuan, has introduced a full set of technical equipment from world-class paper machinery companies such as Voith in Germany, Metso in Finland and Andritz in Austria, which is of international advanced level. It was normally put into operation in the second half of 2005. It is a paper production line with the most advanced equipment, the fastest speed, the widest paper width and the highest product quality in the world today, It can produce 34g/m2 ~ 60g/m2 high-grade color printing paper, and can produce dictionary paper and other high-grade cultural paper according to market demand. At present, the paper production capacity of Huatai Group has reached the level of 800000 tons/year, accounting for 1/3 of the national paper market share, and has become the largest paper production base in Asia. ③ Hebei Fanya Longteng Paper Industry Co., Ltd. has a paper and paper production line with a production capacity of 330000 tons/year, which was introduced from Metso Paper Machinery Company in Finland. It is an advanced paper production line with the fastest speed, the highest efficiency, a width of 8.45m and a design speed of 2000m/min in Asia. It was completed and put into operation in May 2005 with good results. ④ Shanghai Fanya potential Paper Co., Ltd. since the new project of paper machine was put into operation, the production has reached the level of 140000 tons/year, making the new technology of producing paper with 95% waste paper deinked pulp plus 5% bleached wood pulp or only 100% waste paper deinked pulp put into practice. ⑤ Dongguan Jianhui Paper Co., Ltd. is a coated paperboard production line with an annual production capacity of 300000 tons. The main equipment is provided by Finland Metso Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. and weimeide Xi'an Co., Ltd., with a width of 4.95M and a design speed of 700m/min. it was completed and put into normal operation in August 2005. ⑥ Jiangxi Chenming Paper Co., Ltd., a large light coated paper production line with an annual production capacity of 350000 tons, was introduced from Finland meicao Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. with a design speed of 2000m/min. it was put into operation normally in October 2005, and created the fastest train speed record of 1600m/min for the normal operation of light coated paper machines in the world today. In addition, Sun Paper Co., Ltd. and Nine Dragons Paper Co., Ltd., as leading domestic papermaking enterprises, product marketing overseas and renowned in the industry, recently signed contracts with voilh pa per, the world's papermaking machinery manufacturing giant, to purchase new papermaking machines. Among them, Sun Paper ordered a high-grade cultural paper production line with a width of 5.4m, a speed of 1300m/min and an annual production capacity of 250000 tons, and Nine Dragons Paper ordered a paperboard production line with a width of 6.25m, a speed of 800m/min and an annual production capacity of 500000 tons. In short, the advanced technology, equipment and production lines introduced by China's paper industry in recent years are numerous, which indicates that China's paper industry is prosperous and full of stamina
in the new situation of China's entry into WTO and global economic integration, the timeliness and rationality of the industrial structure of China's paper industry are constantly being integrated and adjusted. Since the 1990s, foreign capital has gradually poured into China, and a large number of private paper-making enterprises have emerged in Guangdong, Zhejiang and Shandong provinces along the coast. China's paper industry has basically formed an enterprise pattern in which state-owned and state-owned holding enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises and collective and other types of enterprises develop together with a variety of ownership economies. These enterprises are complementary and competitive, and they are irreplaceable. There are more than 3500 paper and paperboard production enterprises in China, among which enterprises above Designated Size (sales revenue of 5million yuan and more) account for more than 75% of the country, with more than 700000 employees. The state-owned and "three capital" enterprises are the pillar enterprises of China's paper industry at present. The enterprises with a total proportion of less than 20% have created more than 50% of the sales revenue and more than 60% of the total profits and taxes. It is particularly noteworthy that the "three capital" enterprises, which account for less than 10%, account for about 30% and more than 30% of the sales revenue and total profits and taxes respectively. The progressiveness of their technical equipment, the rationality of management and the degree of production concentration can be seen. Another phenomenon worthy of attention is that in recent years, the number of collectives and other types of Enterprises above Designated Size and their shares in the national paper and paperboard product sales revenue, total profits and taxes, total profits and other major economic indicators have increased compared with the previous year, while state-owned and state-controlled enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises have decreased to varying degrees in these aspects compared with the previous year. At present, the top 30 enterprises in China's paper industry by output account for about 30% of the country's total output, with sales accounting for more than 35% of the total, and total profits accounting for more than 46% of the total, indicating that the production concentration of China's paper enterprises during the tenth Five Year Plan period is constantly improving. Geographically, the production concentration of China's paper industry is also increasing. The eastern region has become the main production base of China's paper industry, and its product output and quality rank first in China
it is reported that the growth rate of China's paper industry will still be higher than that of GDP in the next few years. Experts predict that China's consumption of paper and paperboard will reach 100million tons in 2020, when the import volume of paper and paperboard will be 10million tons. The export volume team has undertaken the special task of the national material environmental corrosion platform, with a total production volume of 95million tons. Looking ahead, it is encouraging
