On June 15, MCC North Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. won the bid for the coal containing wastewater treatment system transformation project of Huaneng Group Inner Mongolia Fengdian Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd. This project is the third industrial wastewater treatment project from Brazil to China with a sea freight of US $9.073/t undertaken by MCC North after the desulfurization wastewater treatment project of Ningbo iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and the desulfurization wastewater treatment project of Lianfeng iron and steel (Zhangjiagang) Co., Ltd. with active coke drying method

the coal containing wastewater treatment system transformation project of Inner Mongolia Fengdian Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive wastewater treatment and transformation project for the Fengzhen Power Plant subordinate to the company. It aims to optimize the water balance of the whole plant and carry out the comprehensive treatment of the wastewater of the whole plant, so as to improve the utilization rate of the wastewater of the whole plant, save water resources and achieve deep water conservation and emission reduction. The construction period of the project is planned to be 5 months. The project includes: the construction of a new coal containing wastewater treatment facility with a design treatment capacity of 40m3/h, the transformation and maintenance of the existing coal wastewater and slime treatment facilities, the transformation of desulfurization wastewater, the classified discharge and recovery of wastewater, the maintenance and transformation of existing facilities, and the maintenance and transformation of water management system. About several hundred grams of polyurethane pad are used to replace the damaged tissue with healthy tissue

The bid winning of Fengzhen Power Plant marks the further expansion of MCC North in the industrial wastewater treatment market, from the single treatment of desulfurization wastewater to the optimization and integrated treatment of wastewater in the whole plant. The wastewater treatment technology is developed horizontally and vertically from point to line. From the first comprehensive sintering flue gas desulfurization wastewater treatment system in China to the first zero discharge activated coke desulfurization wastewater treatment system in China, MCC north industrial wastewater treatment technology has grown strongly in the confidence of MCC northerners that they "dare to be the first in the world" again and again, forming new forces and bringing new breakthroughs in the field of environmental protection. In addition, the project is the first time that MCC North has signed a contract with Huaneng Group, one of the five major power groups in China, adding new merit to the construction performance of MCC north
